Immigration Evaluations

$1,200.00

Immigration evaluations can play an important role in helping individuals share their experiences and provide supporting documentation for their immigration case. I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations completed with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach.

Evaluations may be conducted for a variety of immigration matters, including:

  • Asylum

  • Extreme Hardship

  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

  • U-Visa

  • T-Visa

  • Other humanitarian-based immigration cases

The evaluation process typically includes a clinical interview, review of relevant information, and the preparation of a detailed written report tailored to the specific needs of the case. Throughout the process, I strive to create a supportive and respectful environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and treated with dignity.

I welcome collaboration with immigration attorneys and other professionals involved in the legal process to ensure evaluations are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Fees & Scheduling

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to schedule an immigration evaluation appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the evaluation.

The remaining balance is due prior to the release of the completed evaluation report. Reports will not be released until payment has been received in full.

Please contact me for current evaluation fees, estimated timelines, and scheduling availability.
